Hello, I’m Alex
A qualified psychosynthesis counsellor London based (Farringdon, Streatham, London Bridge) & online.
I work in a compassionate, integrative, relational way - offering a compassionate, safe, reflective and confidential space where you can slow down, be heard, and meet yourself more honestly, with kindness.
My aim is to support you not just in managing symptoms - but in finding deeper meaning, authenticity and direction, towards change - becoming more who you are. Together we can explore patterns of what’s painful, unresolved or uncertain in your life, developing greater awareness and self-acceptance. You can experience more wholeness, clarity and a renewed inner strength, towards realising desires for serenity and change.
My Approach as a Psychosynthesis Therapist
I draw on a humanistic and transpersonal perspective, combining psychotherapeutic depth with spiritual insight. My work includes:
- Psychosynthesis therapy – an integrative method focused on soul, subpersonalities and inner potential. Integrative means I tailor the therapeutic approach, to most suit to your individual concerns and needs
- Mindfulness and Buddhist psychology – cultivating presence, compassion, depth and self-awareness
- Somatic and creative approaches – helping you reconnect with your body, your unique expression and your insight
- Relational depth – building real, honest connection as the basis for change
