Therapy for Men in London & Online
Therapy for men in London is a grounded, confidential space to explore the inner tensions that too often go unspoken. You may feel pressure to hold everything together, to be reliable and in control, even as parts of you struggle beneath the surface—feelings of shame, anxiety, anger, or isolation that rarely have a safe outlet.
You’re not alone. Here, you don’t need to prove anything. This space invites you to be fully human—strong and vulnerable, thoughtful and uncertain, spiritual and grounded.
Why Choose Therapy for Men in London?
Men often come to therapy after years of internalising pain. Whether the world taught you to “man up,” hide your emotions, or stay silent, therapy can offer something different: a chance to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with parts of yourself that have been exiled or ignored.
I offer therapy for men in London and online with warmth, wisdom, and presence. We’ll work at your pace, gently exploring what’s beneath the surface—without judgment or pressure to “fix” anything.
What I Support Men With
Generalised anxiety, overthinking or burnout
Shame, low self-worth or inner criticism
Unresolved anger (towards others or yourself)
Disconnection from purpose, meaning or joy
Relationship or intimacy challenges
Emotional numbness or spiritual disconnection
Loneliness, isolation or suicidal thoughts
Masculinity, sexuality and identity exploration
My approach to therapy for men in London isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you already are, and making space for what’s been waiting to be seen.
A Grounded, Human Approach
I work with a combination of therapeutic approaches that reflect your full humanity—not just your thoughts, but your body, values, relationships and deeper self:
Humanistic counselling – warm, honest connection
Somatic and emotional awareness – reconnecting with your body
Transpersonal therapy – working with meaning, spirituality, soul
Psychosynthesis – integration of inner conflict and potential
You might start to feel more grounded, more present, more like yourself. Therapy can help you meet life—not as a performance, but as a full and living experience.
If You’re New to Therapy
Many of the men I work with have never been to therapy before. It can feel awkward at first, or even pointless—but what often emerges is a deep relief: “I didn’t realise how much I was holding.”
This is your space. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to have the right words. You’re welcome here just as you are.
“Where a man’s wound is, that is where his genius will be.”
– Robert Bly, Iron John
