Anxiety Therapy in London & Online | Transpersonal & Buddhist-Informed Counselling
Anxiety Counselling in London & Online Holistic Therapy.
Do You Feel Constantly On Edge?
Do you often feel overwhelmed, tense, or like your mind won’t stop racing? Or is incessant thinking taking the aliveness out of life? Maybe you wake up already anxious, find it hard to breathe fully, or feel constantly on edge. Anxiety can affect every part of life—from sleep and relationships to self-esteem and focus.
I offer holistic, spiritual and transpersonal therapy that helps you meet your anxiety with compassion and curiosity — not fear or judgment.
Common Signs of Anxiety
Racing thoughts or looping worries
Physical tension or panic attacks
Social anxiety and fear of judgment
Difficulty sleeping or switching off
Chronic stress, burnout, or nervous exhaustion
Out of control inner critic sapping energy
When explored gently in therapy, anxiety can become a doorway to self-awareness and emotional resilience. Often it traps us in our heads as a response to difficult emotions. There are ways to bring you back into your body, feel whole again and thrive.
My Holistic & Transpersonal Approach
My counselling integrates psychology, spirituality, and somatic awareness. Buddhism which I've practiced for many years also offers valuable mindful tools and insights. I offer a space that is:
Humanistic – grounded in empathy, acceptance (non-judgement), and presence
Somatic – supporting body awareness and nervous system regulation
Spiritual – informed by Buddhist and mindfulness traditions
Transpersonal – working with the deeper self beyond anxiety
Instead of fighting anxiety, we learn to understand and soothe it from the inside out.
Who I Work With
I support a diverse range of clients, especially:
Men who’ve been taught to suppress fear or hide anxiety
Young adults & students facing social stress or pressure
Women experiencing perfectionism, burnout, or over-responsibility
Spiritual seekers navigating existential fear or disconnection
