Psychotherapeutic counselling

Talk with someone

Psychosynthesis counselling in Farringdon, Streatham and online.

Maybe life has been wearing you down for a while now. Or something shifted recently, and it has left you feeling unsteady, not quite sure who you are in the middle of it all. Maybe your mind will not quiet down, or you have started wondering if you are the only one who feels this way. You are not.

You do not have to have all the answers. You do not have to hide how hard it has been. Often just saying things out loud begins to bring relief. Other times it is about untangling the deeper knots and learning how to move forward with more clarity and compassion for yourself. If you feel ready to talk, I am here, not to judge or fix you, but to listen and walk alongside you. We can start with your story.

What people bring

What we work with

These are the areas people most often arrive with. You do not have to know which one before you come, and for most women and men I see, it is more than one.

What a session is like

How the work goes

Sessions are fifty minutes, usually at the same time each week. We start where you are rather than with a questionnaire. You talk, I listen, and between us we begin to make sense of what has been happening and why it has the hold it does.

Psychosynthesis is an integrative approach, which in practice means the work is shaped around you and not around a method. Some weeks that is slow, careful going through something painful. Other weeks it is more practical, or quieter, or about what you want next. There is no schedule to keep to and nothing you have to be ready for.
