Do You Feel Constantly On Edge?
Do you often feel overwhelmed, tense, or like your mind won't stop racing? Or is incessant thinking taking the aliveness out of life? Maybe you wake up already anxious, find it hard to breathe fully, or feel constantly on edge. Anxiety can affect every part of life - from sleep and relationships to self-esteem and focus. I offer anxiety therapy in London and online, holistic and transpersonal in approach, that helps you meet anxiety with compassion and curiosity rather than fear or judgment.
Common Signs of Anxiety
- Racing thoughts or looping worries
- Physical tension or panic attacks
- Social anxiety and fear of judgment
- Difficulty sleeping or switching off
- Chronic stress, burnout, or nervous exhaustion
- An out-of-control inner critic sapping energy
When explored gently in therapy, anxiety can become a doorway to self-awareness and emotional resilience. Often it traps us in our heads as a response to difficult emotions we haven't yet found a way to feel. There are ways to bring you back into your body, feel whole again, and thrive.
How anxiety and the inner critic feed each other is taken up at length in psychosynthesis therapy for anxiety. What follows here is the practical side: what I offer, where, and how to start.
My Holistic & Transpersonal Approach
My counselling integrates psychology, mindfulness, and somatic awareness - not as technique bolted onto therapy, but as a genuine way of meeting whatever's actually there. I offer a space that is:
- Humanistic - grounded in empathy, acceptance (non-judgement), and presence
- Somatic - supporting body awareness and nervous system regulation
- Mindful - grounded in forty years of putting Buddhist humanism into action
- Compassionate - bringing Conscious Kindness into your relationship with yourself
- Transpersonal - working with the deeper self beyond anxiety
Rather than fighting anxiety, therapy can help you understand it and soothe it from the inside out - lessening shame, and welcoming back the parts of yourself you've learned to judge or hide.
This isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you thrive as who you actually are, so you can truly live the life you live. Change is possible.

I support a diverse range of clients, especially:
- Men who've been taught to suppress fear or hide anxiety
- Young adults & students facing social stress or pressure
