About Me | Transpersonal Psychosynthesis Therapist in London & Online
transpersonal therapist London & online
Welcome
I'm glad you're here. I'm a qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor and transpersonal psychotherapist working with adults in London and online. My work is integrative, holistic and relational—with a deep respect for the complexity and beauty of the human experience.
People often come to me when they feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected—from others, from themselves, or from life’s deeper meaning. I offer a calm and supportive space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface—and what might be waiting to emerge through the struggle.
How I Work
I work from a place of presence, compassion and depth. I don’t offer advice or quick fixes—but I do offer a consistent, attuned relationship where you can feel safe to be fully yourself, even in the messiest or most painful places.
My approach weaves together:
Psychosynthesis – a soulful, integrative form of psychotherapy that honours all parts of the self
Humanistic values – warmth, honesty, and respect for your inner wisdom
Transpersonal psychology – working with meaning, purpose and spiritual growth
Buddhist-inspired insight – deep respect, mindfulness, compassion, and being with what is
Body-mind awareness – including somatic and emotional practices when needed
Creativity – in building connection, experiencing flow, in expresions of soul
I believe that healing is not about becoming someone else—but coming home to who you already are.
My Background
I come from a diverse cultural background, colourful and rich, where my own journey to become, belong, lead a creative life and thrive in the arts has provided many valuable tools and experiences to draw upon in the service of others. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years on my own path of psychological, spiritual and relational inquiry. This lived experience continues to inform how I meet others—with curiosity, humility and presence.
I trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London, one of the UK’s leading centres for transpersonal psychotherapy. I also have long-standing personal practice in Buddhist meditation, body-based inquiry and men’s emotional work, having facilitated and led many community, youth & men's groups over the years.
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and work in accordance with their ethical framework.
What Clients Say
“You helped me come back to myself. Not by fixing me—but by sitting with me, witnessing me, and helping me trust and accept who I actually am. I began to allow my feelings to be felt, without judgement - that has changed everything.”

Who I Work Best With
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, or spiritually curious—often struggling with anxiety, shame, emotional overwhelm, or self-doubt. I also support men looking for a grounded, non-judgmental space to explore what’s beneath the surface. If you are wanting to resolve unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck, I'd love to work with you towards awareness, empowerement and change.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need to show up—exactly as you are.
Outside the Therapy Room
When I'm not working, you’ll find me producing music, walking through parks, reading novels & poetry as well as spiritual and psychological texts, acting, enjoying friendship and community. I try to live my life with the same authenticity that I bring into the therapy room.
